On September 28, 2025, Chinaway inaugurated its new intelligent manufacturing base in Shenzhen’s Longhua District — a 3,000-square-meter fully automated facility equipped with SMT lines, hermetic sealing stations, optical alignment robots, and AI vision-based final inspection systems. The factory supports flexible batch production from R&D prototypes to mass customization, achieving 99.98% first-pass yield. With full traceability from component sourcing to firmware flashing, it complies with ISO 13485 medical device manufacturing standards. The expansion increases annual production capacity to more than 25,000 units, reinforcing Chinaway’s leadership in domestic environmental instrumentation supply chains.
